RUBY MOVIE SERIES: OCTOBER 22ND

The City of Morgantown Arts and Cultural Development Department is pleased to announce the Ruby Movie Series, featuring free movie screenings on Sunday nights at the Ruby Amphitheater in Hazel Ruby McQuain Park. Screenings will begin on September 10 and end on October 29. 

Attendees are encouraged to bring snacks, drinks, and blankets.

(5 PM) Family Friendly Showing: The Lego Batman Movie (PG)

There are big changes brewing in Gotham, but if Batman wants to save the city from the Joker’s hostile takeover, he may have to drop the lone vigilante thing, try to work with others and maybe, just maybe, learn to lighten up. Maybe his superhero sidekick Robin and loyal butler Alfred can show him a thing or two.

(7 PM) Adult-Oriented Showing: The Batman (PG-13)

Batman ventures into Gotham City’s underworld when a sadistic killer leaves behind a trail of cryptic clues. As the evidence begins to lead closer to home and the scale of the perpetrator’s plans become clear, he must forge new relationships, unmask the culprit and bring justice to the abuse of power and corruption that has long plagued the metropolis.
