Typically, during private and other events at the Ruby Amphitheater the park and its amenities will be closed to the general public. This includes the depot, the rail trail through the park, and the restrooms. Some events require sign-up in advance to participate.

Walk For Wishes

May 2nd, 2026 from 11 AM to 1 PM

Make-A-Wish will be holding a fundraiser that celebrates more than 500,000 wishes that have been granted through the organization. Registration is free, so come on down and help raises funds that go towards granting even more wishes to children battling critical illness.

Morgantown Pride Block Party

June 13th, 2026 from 12 PM to 6:30 PM

Monongalia Symphony Orchestra

The Monongalia Symphony Orchestra returns to the Ruby Amphitheater to provide accessible, quality musical performances by local musicians and encourage learning, understanding, and appreciation of the art of making music.

Ruby Amphitheater 4th of July Celebration

July 4th, 2026 from 7 PM to 10 PM

Celebrate the 4th with our wonderful community with live performances, food trucks, face painting and, of course, a spectacular fireworks show!

WV Wine and Jazz Festival

September 19th & 20th, 2026

West Virginia Wine and Jazz Fest, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that seeks to return the proceeds from the annual festival back to the community in various ways. These include endowed scholarships to the WVU School of Music, sponsorship of educational endeavors and classes at WVU, free concerts for area middle/high schools, sponsorship of various student and community organizations that assist with the festival.

Miles for Migraine
