Food & Non Alcoholic Beverages

Food and non-alcoholic beverages will available for purchase from participating food trucks during certain events. Outside food and drinks are permitted.

First Aid

Minor first aid materials are available through City Ambassadors (volunteers will only supply materials, no application). If further assistance is needed, the ambassadors will be able to contact emergency personnel who will be on site for most events. For greater emergencies please dial 911.

Permitted vs. Not Permitted

Blankets, folding chairs and coolers are permitted in the grass section of the amphitheater. All outside drinks must be in a sealed non-glass container.

Pop up tents and umbrellas are not permitted as well as drones (unless given special permission), fireworks or any other flammables. Smoking is also not permitted in the main park area.

Lost Children

If your child is lost, please report immediately to any event volunteer. All will have access to promptly contact emergency personnel.

Pets in the Park

Pets are permitted in the park area as long as they are leashed at all times and are well behaved/respond to commands. Any owners with pets that are causing a disturbance may be asked to leave.

Handicap Accessibility

The Ruby Amphitheater offers wheelchair seating at the bottom of the seating bowl and access to the stage. Event staff is available to help navigate to the seating.

Lost & Found

Found items not claimed will be kept for thirty days. Please contact the number on our website to discuss any misplaced items.

Safety Concerns

Please report any suspicious or inappropriate activity to any concert volunteer or law enforcement officials. Staff will have access to promptly contact law enforcement and emergency personnel as needed.

If it is a non emergency, please call the Morgantown Police Department non emergency hotline at 304-284-7522

Conflicting Weather

Most concerts will occur rain or shine unless the weather becomes severe enough to be a safety concern to guests and the performers. We suggest coming prepared with rain gear although umbrellas are not permitted in the bowl area. If a concert is cancelled or the schedule is changed updates will be made to the Ruby Amphitheater Facebook page.
