Driving & Parking
STREET PARKING
Street parking is available around town, but parking will be limited to event personnel, in the area surrounding Ruby Amphitheater.
PARKING DECKS
In order of proximity Wharf Street Parking, Pleasant & Chestnut Street Parking, University Avenue & Chestnut Street and Spruce Street Parking are available for 24 hr parking.
**There is a limited number of handicap accessible parking spaces available at the park. You may drop off individuals with mobility challenges at the depot before parking your vehicle in one the spaces, one of the nearby garages, or other locations. Please be aware, these spaces do tend to fill up quickly.

Handicap Accessibility
The Ruby Amphitheater offers a variety of wheelchair accessible seating.
Bottom of the Bowl Seating: This area provides close access to the stage, but do be aware that general public is also permitted to stand in this area which can sometimes become crowded and difficult to navigate.
ADA Seating Pads: Located at the top of the amphitheater on both the left and right side of the stage. These pads provide a direct view of the stage without an obstructed view and easy access to the bathrooms and pick up/ drop off zone for handicapped individuals.

If you require assistance finding and navigating seating, event staff (wearing neon yellow shirts) are available to help navigate the area.
First Aid
Minor first aid materials and water for those suffering from dehydration are available at the Historic Depot Building. Please locate a event staff member (wearing neon yellow shirts), Morgantown Police Officer, or City Ambassador if you are in need of supplies. Staff will only supply the materials, they will not assist in the application process due to liability.
If further assistance is needed, any of the above parties can contact EMS services to assist with additional medical needs. For greater emergencies- please dial 911 or find a Morgantown Police Officer on site.
Safety Concerns
Please report any suspicious or inappropriate activity to any event staff member (wearing neon yellow shirts), Morgantown Police Officer, or City Ambassador. Staff will have access to promptly contact law enforcement and emergency personnel as needed.
If it is a non emergency, and you cannot locate a member of MPD on site, please call the Morgantown Police Department non emergency hotline at 304-284-7522
Food & Non-Alcoholic Beverages
Food and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase from participating food trucks during certain events. Outside food and drinks are permitted ONLY during free events.
Lost Children
If your child is lost, please report it immediately to an event staff member (wearing neon yellow shirts), Morgantown Police Officer, or City Ambassador. All will have access to promptly contact emergency personnel and assist in the search.
Pets in the Park
Pets are permitted in the park area during regular operating hours and free events as long as they are leashed at all times and are well behaved. Any owners with pets that are causing a disturbance may be asked to leave.
Pets will not be permitted in the park for any ticketed events unless they are a registered service animal and have gotten permission from the promoter company to do so. The individual promoter companies have the right to make determinations on a case by case situation. Promoter companies vary by performer, please check the indivual event page for contact details.
Conflicting Weather
Most concerts will occur rain or shine unless the weather becomes severe enough to be a safety concern to guests and the performers. We suggest coming prepared with rain gear although umbrellas are not permitted in the bowl area.

If you are visiting our venue from out of town, we welcome you to our vibrant city!
Morgantown has a variety of hotels and restaurants located within a half mile of the park. If you are coming in for an extended visit, there are also a number of other local music venues in the area as well as other activities to enjoy.
Hotel Accommodations
The closest hotels to our venue would be the Morgantown Marriott at Waterfront Place, the Scholar Morgantown, Tapestry Collection by Hilton and the Hotel Morgan. All three of these hotels are located within walking distance to our venue.

Dining Options
While many of our events offer on site food options we encourage you to try out some of the local cusine while visiting the area. Our downtown area has a variety of restaurants available, all within walking distance to our venue and some of the downtown hotels.

Music & Entertainment Venues
Morgantown has a great selection of independent clubs and small stages where you can catch a show in an intimate setting. These six venues host everything from open mics to national touring acts—they’re all worth checking out.
