Free Event Rules
The Ruby Amphitheater has restricted access for ticketed and other special events. The rules listed below are ONLY applicable to the Ruby Summer Concert Series as well as other free events at the Amphitheater.
Prohibited Items & Restrictions
- No visible alcohol & Illegal drugs/substances
- No tents, popups or large umbrellas
- Firearms or weapons of any kind
- including but not limited to knives, guns, mace, pepper spray, etc.

Wallet chains, Boot Spurs & Laser pointers

Signs, posters, or flags

In-Line skates, skateboards, bicycles, or action sports equipment

Fireworks or any other flammables

Smoking & vaping is not permitted in the main park area

Any other item that may pose a threat to other guests, staff, or performers
Failure to comply with any of these restrictions may result in an immediate ejection from the event with no refund.
Permitted Items

Outside food & beverages & coolers on venue grounds

Animals are permitted if they are leashed at all times and are well-behaved. Owners must clean up after their pets.

Any owners with pets that are causing a disturbance may be asked to leave

Blankets & folding chairs

Standard size 3′ diameter umbrella

Ponchos/Raincoats

Pocket-size digital/disposable camera – non-professional only, no detachable lenses

Small binoculars
