RUBY MOVIE SERIES:

AUGUST 10

The City of Morgantown Arts and Cultural Development Department is pleased to announce the Ruby Movie Series, featuring free movie screenings on Sunday nights at the Ruby Amphitheater in Hazel Ruby McQuain Park. Screenings will begin on June 8 and end on October 26. 

Attendees are encouraged to bring snacks, drinks, and blankets.

Joe is a middle-school band teacher whose life hasn’t quite gone the way he expected. His true passion is jazz. But when he travels to another realm to help someone find their passion, he soon discovers what it means to have soul.

(7 PM) Adult-Oriented Showing: Elvis (PG-13)

The life of American music icon Elvis Presley, from his childhood to becoming a rock and movie star in the 1950s while maintaining a complex relationship with his manager, Colonel Tom Parker.
